Strategy before property
Sanders moved from Zimbabwe to Australia in 2004 and worked as a registered nurse while establishing his family’s future. He bought a home in 2006 and his first investment property in 2007—an early experience that reinforced the cost of purchasing without sufficient education or a clear plan.
After investing deeply in property education, Sanders began building broader experience across acquisition, renovation, development and portfolio strategy. In 2019, he left nursing and moved into buyer representation so other investors could approach major property decisions with greater clarity.
